A short walk through made for Corinne’s NLPG application showing flora and fauna within this magical world Corinne and Daisy created to escape their childhood. Built with DYCP funding the prototype was displayed on a touch screen in the welcome area of QUAD Derby for visitors to interact and experience. The prototype received an incredibly positive response from visitors, subsequently sparking discussions around the ways housebound artists and audiences can be better supported and engaged. This lead to Corinne being offered their first solo exhibition, a main gallery exhibition at LEVEL Centre, transforming this world into a fully realised, imaginative and engaging platform where disabled, neurodivergent, learning disabled, isolated and housebound people are all welcome.
